What I liked
Nurse was very helpful, a big thank you. My second appointment the doctor explained things fully which was very useful. It was clean.
What could be improved
It was 9pm I couldn't walk and the entrance where cars could stop was closed. Out front was double red lines so you couldn't stop the car. I had to have my friends carry me approx 200m which caused me considerable pain and probably worsened my injury. 4.5 hours (in pain - friends went to shop to get ibuprofen) to be seen by a doctor, it didn't seem busy and I was not kept up to date as to when I was likely to be seen. Thankfully I had a friend with a car that took me home at 2:30am if not as a female alone at that time it was have been very difficult. I couldn't even walk. Follow up appointment; I was seen 1.5 hours later than scheduled. I am going to contact them about the car access.
