I was brought by ambulance to A and E last Saturday night after a vasovagal syncope which resulted in a nasty gash to my forehead. The staff in A & E and on the Observation Ward were both kind and efficient and the doctor on duty ensured that my gash was stitched by a Plastic Surgeon as it was on my face. The Plastic Surgeon did a beautiful job and I'm healing well. All in all a horrible experience was a very good experience of the NHS at its best. Thank you. November 27th 2013
