On the 6/11/2013 i suffered a heart attack out of the blue, I had been out in the morning jogging with my dog done all the normal things and made my way to work. The pain started in my chest i soon realized i was in real trouble & the guys at work called for an ambalance i was soon on my way to the Royal sussex county hospital, its all a bit of a blurr but im so glad i was taken straight there.I was taken straight into theatre where the doctor & his team were ready for me .Istill cant take it all in but i soon had a stent in place,& on my way to the cardiac unit. All the staff work so hard dealing with what ever unfolds they are a fantastic team & i mean everyone, I could not have asked to have been in better hands & will always be so thankfull for all the help i received ,I owe my life to the great work these people do what more can i say but thank you so much from all us people that are still here because of what you do.
