I have recently had a complete hip replacement at Hexham and I am highly delighted with the treatment I received. I was treat with dignity and care, everything was explained to me and the staff were extremely respectful, highly professional and kept me well informed and gave me superb care. This was my first ever hospital visit and I did not feel one little bit afraid due to the professionalism of all staff. At all times i felt safe. I have recommended Hexham to others awaiting hip surgery. I was particularly impressed by the pre-admission information and the post admission follow up call. Many thanks to all the staff on Ward 3.

I know how hard the whole team work on ward 3 to provide their patients with the excellent levels of care that you describe and they will be over the moon to read your very kind reflections.
