(as a service user),

I do appreciate that I could get transport. The gentleman who picked me up was very kind, and the staff were very helpful and very pleasant. Being very nervous and on your own, it was nice to know that people care.

My tests were done very efficiently, and this helps you relax. The gentleman was waiting to bring me home and I do thank everyone for this pleasantness.
