"It took longer than it should until I saw a consultant"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

Initially GP referral was not made, so it took longer than it should until I saw a consultant.

My time with the consultant was excellent, and he explained clearly what would happen.

The minor operation I had given by two nurses was excellent. They went through every detail.

Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback regarding your referral.

I am sorry to hear that your GP did not refer you when they said they would. Unfortunately TRAQS can onnly process referral when they are received from the GP. We then aim to contact the patient to offer choice within 5 working days.

Although, TRAQS are pleased to note that your experience was dealt with professionally and you have had a satisfactory outcome to your referral.
