"I cannot put into words how much this women has helped me to stop smoking after 42 years"

(as the patient),

I went to Eddercliffe and met Sally. She sat me down, explained everything, was extremely helpful and made me feel welcome. I cannot put into words how much this women has helped me to stop smoking after 42 years. I feel better, can breathe better and am saving a fortune. If you want to stop, then get a referral to this clinic and hopefully you will feel the same.

Thank you for sending the fantastic comments Anne58. I am really flattered at such lovely post.

What the patient always needs reminding of, is that it is not just down to me when it comes to a quit. The whole process is very much a team effort between the patient, the cigarettes, myself and the therapies used. It sounds very much a cliché but it is true. Many of the patient’s I see are truly inspirational but do not always see this. Regular consultations, whether it be telephone/Lync support, groups or a one to one maintains this team effort, self-belief and motivation.
