I was referred to the Community Eye Clinic, Telford, by my optician - my GP was not involved except for administration. I did not deal with my GP for the referral.
My optician was excellent, and my appointment was handled on the day with efficiency, professionalism and calm. The staff were friendly and reassuring.
I was very pleased with the process and would recommend the service.
