About: Royal Shrewsbury Hospital / Ophthalmology Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

Following a routine eye test, I was referred to the ophthalmologist. My GP was notified and I was contacted promptly in order to have up to date information about my weight and blood pressure. Subsequently, I was contacted very quickly by phone in order to arrange and appointment.

The day of the appointment, I was greeted warmly by clinic staff. The necessary tests were undergone very professionally.

Finally, a pleasant conversation with the consultant regarding the outcomes of the tests. all in all, a very professional experience.
