Anything else?
I had spinal surgery on 18th November. From referral into the hospital "system" through to now, I have been impressed by the standards of communication, information available, appointment punctuality and the care, friendliness and positive attitude shown by all staff. The team looking after me during surgery seem to have done a good job and have handed over well to the staff undertaking care. I felt well informed though-out my stay even at my groggiest. The care staff were clearly very busy, but even individuals coming off a 12 hour shift were still smiling and lovely. I had a lot of time to listen to interactions between staff and again between staff and other patients and my overall impression was of calm, respect and dignity. I would like to say thank you for a very positive experience, which I am sure is contributing to my so far rapid recovery. Caroline
