"Inadequte telephone service at Nottingham University Hospitals"

About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust

(as a service user),

and should be adequately manned for peak periods. I feel sorry for the telephonists who have to deal with frustrated callers.

To balance this out, I have a high regard for the medical service provided by this NHS Trust.

It would be helpful to find out a little more about which telephone service you have struggled to get through to so that we can raise with the department directly.
