"Inclusion Matters counselling"

My daughter attended sessions with a counseller Jeanne Houseley for help with coping with worry and also some fears in certain situations. My daughter has special needs but the sessions were tailored to her abilities and in fact she blossomed. One of her fears was with blue roll which is used everywhere and this last week she has been able to go up to it and scrunch it and make a funny face about it. Something she would not have been able to do for at least 2 years. She now has a set of tools and the self-confidence that what she is doing is correct and that is all helping her develop her awareness of her own feelings and needs. What is also so valuable is that she knows if she encounters any problems in the future she can see her Dr for a referral and knows she can hopefully see Jeanne again. I cannot thank the service enough as even the assessment call was handled very delicately and nicely by Joanne and I was able to be included in the call because of my daughter's special needs.
