What I liked

I have recently spent some time in the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital undergoing major surgery.

The treatment I received was second to none. All the members of staff I came into contact with I

found to be happy, friendly and very patient; nothing seemed to be too much trouble. I was amazed at

the cleanliness of the place.

I would like to say a big thank-you to all concerned.

I am well on the road to recovery now, thanks to the aftercare from the district nurses, and all the TLC

from my wife and family.

What could be improved
