By my GP's referral I unfortunately had the need to attend an outpatients appointment at 11.30 on 25/11/13. The treatment was an ultrasound to my left shoulder. The experience was better than anything I expected to receive. Reception were welcoming, professional and unhurried when booking me in and explaining what to do. The appointment was on time and the nurse who collected me from reception was friendly, professional and gave the feeling that my needs were important. The doctor was all I could wish, taking time to explain what he was going to do and then after the examination explaining what he saw. He then explained the next steps and what I should do to as preventative action in the period between now and the examination results being sent to my GP. All in all a very positive experience.
