"Understanding staff"

About: Gartnavel Royal Hospital

(as a parent/guardian),

My daughter, a young adult with a long term condition, was admitted to ward 6c Gartnavel Hospital. It was her first experience of adult in-patient care and she was very distressed. All the staff treated her, and us as parents, so well and with such understanding that I couldn't let it go without comment. The whole team, clinical and support services, were a credit to the NHS and I can only think the leadership within that ward is exemplary. Well done everyone!
