"My daughter has just been on B1 ..."

What I liked

My daughter has just been on B1 I would like to say that we found the care exceptional and we felt that the staff were very professional and caring at all times.

What could be improved

the cleaning of the rooms although the staff were lovely the room was not always cleaned as we would have liked and given the current climate of hospital aquired infection I would have felt more reassured to see a more hands on approach we did notice that when rooms were vacated the nursing staff cleaned the rooms very well so that was reassuring.
