About: Specialist Therapy Services / Pulmonary Rehab (Rushcliffe)

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Obtained a diagnosis of a respiratory nature following a long history of chest infections and subsequent investigation. Referred to community physiotherapy team and I've made hugh improvement in physical health and overall well being.

I'd like to compliment them and recommend their service highly.
