(as a relative),

My husband has had diabetes for the past 20 years. Unfortunately this has resulted in kidney problems, for which he was referred to the Renal Unit at Shrewsbury Hospital.

From the moment we attended our first appointment, we were both treated with great care and understanding. We were so impressed with the speed of treatment.

Also, Sutton Hill Medical Practice has been marvelous with their treatment. They have shown great compassion and care, and their only concern has been to make John as well as possible.

We now see a bright future because of the care he has received.

I think this is what we all hope for when we turn to the NHS in our time of need, and to receive care, understanding and compassion goes right to the heart of the values of the NHS.
