"Unwell in middle of the night - called 111 service"

I called the 111 number a couple of days ago, during the very early morning, and spoke to a really nice young lady who was kind gentle patient and spoke to me with a lot of respect. She took her time to understand my problem and took my through some questionnaire over the phone.

She told me that I should get myself seen by a professional which of course I knew already but this lady sent help for me. I really appreciate her help. she was such an angel to help me so quickly. I am not sure what else I could do being so unwell on a Friday night when my doctor surgery is closed. the young lady I spoke to had such a nice manner and had a soothing voice.

You don't often find medical help from a person so kind. I will be using the service again now I know how helpful it is. I wish I could thank the person I spoke to but I don't remember her name. If you know then please thank her for me.

I hope everyone can get to speak to such a lovely young lady. Thank you for all the help 111 and for sending help so quickly to me.
