the reception staff were incredibly helpful - i had phoned 111 and was told that someone would phone back with an appointment at ponte hospital ourt of hours doctor - well i waited over three hours - noone phoned, so i phone the hospital and was told to come down and they would fit me in, i did, and i was seen in about an hour and half, the doctor was great. when i got back home, my husband had been in all the time and no one had phoned with an appointment for me, so 111 you suck! Ponte hosp = you are great
