My mother received excellent care at all stages following an emergency admission. She needed major heart surgery almost immediately, and pulled through despite being 80 years of age. The staff in all wards, CDU, ICU,Ward 31 and OT dept, were very helpful. Unlike some hospitals the phone was answered promptly, staff knew who their patient was and took time to update themselves to answer any queries.
