I have atteneded a cardiology clinic several times over the last few months and the appointments are always running ridiculously late. The last appointment i went in 1hr 45mins later than i was booked in for
What could be improved
Appointments need to run nearer the allocated times.If they are more tham half an hour behind, maybe a phonecall would be nice so patients do not have to sit waiting all that time
