We would like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude to you all for the outstanding care and support that you have given to our father / father-in-law during his long stay with you in ward 10. You have all shown outstanding professionalism, kindness, and openness towards both him and ourselves, which has been so helpful in such emotional and occasionally difficult times. The nurses and HCAs have at all times been kind and helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble, in fact many times going the extra mile and always with a smile. I would also like to thank the consultant for her candid openness and help, we always felt that we could ask questions and get advice. What a wonderful team that you have on ward 10!
