Whilst I found the Sister somewhat terse and there was a general air of lethargy the consultant was excellent, reassuring and spent more time explaining than any of my recent private health appointments. Interestingly I saw another Dr come out and collect a wheelchair pt with more care than I saw some of the nurses give. I am an ex nurse so whilst I can appreciate it can be boring in clinic for nurses, for pts it is often a new and worrying experience. Some of the nurses were engaged with pts but not all.
