I had an appointment at 8.45am so I called the switched board to be put thought to the ENT appointments line so i can re arrange or cancel my appointment. the male receptionist i spoke to was really rude and goes " all the department open at 9 am so i cannot help you now." i then informed him "what can i do because my appointments at 8.45am" he then goes "did you not hear what i just said. so rude. " as i was talking he just hang the phone up on me. people like that should not be given such a role. makes you feel really low.
