I have been trying to speak to someone in the back pain clinic for so long now. I have rung them directly and no one answers the phone, I have tried going through the switch board without success, eventually, I have tried going through appointments! I tired and tried to get through to appointments but the phone just kept cutting off and still no response! Joke! It would be funny if I wasnt in such pain and getting more upset with each attempt. To top it off, the MRI dept. said that I had missed an appointment, hello, I have never recieved and appointment. I have never dealt with any kind of establishment like this place.
