The staff at this hospital are working under more pressure than usual with the renovations and building work being carried out. The porters and everyone else have always directed us around the building in a cheerful helpful way despite being repeatedly asked the same questions. The nursing, medical and technical care has always been outstanding for my 92 year old mother who has attended audiology, the eye clinic, and orthotics fairly frequently. She has used A &E and has had two stays in hospital in the last 3 years. I would especially like to praise those in the eye clinic which is always so busy; and audiology where they are very well organised and waiting time is kept to a very minimum. Cleaning could be better, especially around the public areas and car parking can be difficult. Many thanks for the care and attention over the past 20 years
