Just a suggestion - that where the nurse specialists are part-time, this could be noted on their contact cards given to relatives. The days the nurse works could be jotted upon it. Secondly, the voicemail message for the urology nurse specialists is too long and too negative in tone.

I sincerely apologise that these were not been responded to in a timely manner.

This was due to lack of administrative support at the time which has now been rectified.
