You do not deserve any stars at all. I have a friend who has protrate cancer and has had his operation cancelled twice. Where do you get off on treating people like this he is going through enough trauma as it is

I am very sorry to hear that your friend’s operation was cancelled. There are often good clinical reasons or system problems outside of our control that may lead to a cancellation. That being said I would like to get to the bottom of this and find out why your friend’s appointments were cancelled.
