I would like to take this opportunity to express my thanks to the exceptional care I received at the ENT department at Essex County Hospital during the last few years. Our doctor has always treated me with kindness and empathy and taken the time to explain the pathology in a way that I could understand, so that I felt totally confident I was in good hands. He treated me from a nose bleed which lasted me over 20 years on daily bases, but with his treatement it stopped completely for the last 4 years. also he treated me for my hearing loss due to problems in the middle and inner ear.
