I came into the ENT on the 14th November 2014 for a repair on my perforated eardrum as a day patient. Within half an hour of my arrival at 7.30am I was seen by one of the surgeons who was going to be doing the operation. He was very kind and helpful and talked me through what they would be doing and what to expect afterwards. I then got ready and was taken to the theatre. In recovery there was a lovely team of nurses helping and they were all so caring to myself and other patients. I then was brought back tp the Riverside Wing to rest before being discharged.Again I was looked after extremly well. I cant thank the whole team that worked on my that day and found everyone extremely professional and very caring. A big thank you
