After a long illness which has left me ultra sensitive to pain and having a broken tooth that needed urgent attention, I was extremely apprehensive. However, my experience with the Dental team at QA Portsmouth today was utterly brilliant. After being put totally at ease by Consultant & SR they discussed the options with me and whilst the appointment was just a pre-op consultation they gave me the option of having the tooth extracted there and then. They set my expectations perfectly and and explained every step in detail. Utterly professional throughout and with the utmost understanding of my fears and situation they have restored my faith in dentists. After a very bad experience 25 years ago, that's no mean feat! Thankyou to all the team there. They did a fantastic job. A credit to the hospital.
