"A and E"

About: New Cross Hospital

Anything else?

We took our 13 month old baby in to A and E with high temperature. We waited 3 hours before being seen and the department wasn't even busy. There were plenty staff walking around doing nothing. It was extremely warm in there thermometer on wall at 70 f. The assessment nurse was ignorant. The doctor didn't check my baby for rashes etc. Extremely disappointed.
