I was treated for Breast Cancer at this hospital. I was not involved in deciding the best treatment, I was told what would happen. I was left in a ward waiting room for over 5 hours with no contact from any of the ward nurses, they didn't know I was there, even though I had been taken to the ward by a member of the breast care team, for an emergency operation! Totally unhappy about the entire experience. I transferred my care to Leeds, and can't believe how good they are compared to Barnsley hospital. Totally different experience.
