About: New Cross Hospital / Eye infirmary

(as the patient),

This was my first ever visit to New Cross Hospital. After my experiences with Telford and Shrewsbury, I found it very intimidating and a little unfriendly.

As for waiting times, my appointment was for 10: 30am, I finally saw the consultant at 11: 40am. Everything seemed to move in slow motion with no urgency at all.

I think I will stick with Telford Hospital next time.
