"(i was admitted to eau unit waited ..."

What could be improved? (i was admitted to eau unit waited approx 4 hrs people were walking out.after being admitted spent the night and following day on a trolley bed there, the staff werent very helpful and miserable,i was told different things by different nurses and doctors, very confused, hadnt been given a drink of anything all night till the next morning,there were physciatric patients shouting and going up and down the ward very distrressing, the politeness of staff could be improved,time you wait,all satff saying the same, cleathiness,as it stunk of urine,glad to go home.
