What could be improved

My mother has been in Broomfield for quite some time now, on seperate occasions, and having spent so much money on your car park charges I feel I have to comment on the cynical way they are applied.

£2.50 for one hour. As visiting time is one hour, I am always going to be longer than one hour.

My next option is £3.50 for one to four hours, this is my only option. So you always get four hours money for what is usually always one hour fifteen minutes.

Pay machines for parking are available, exactly the same as those at Broomfield, where one is able to pay for whatever their length of stay will be. Why can't we have them. I don't mind paying for the car park, but I object to always paying for more time than I need.

By all means charge for the parking, but don't be so sneaky about how you do it.

It is so obvious that the charges are arranged to rip us off.

I am visiting my sick mother in hospital, and I get ripped off when I park my car, yet when I go shopping locally in a big town centre, the car park charges are fair and reasonable.

You will probably brush this off by saying car park charges are nothing to do with you. I don't believe that, as you must have a lot of influence on the charges, but if you fob me off with that at least I have had my say.
