A member of my family received end-of-life care at Felixtowe Community Hospital, which I believe could not have been improved upon. The nursing staff were the epitome of kindness, efficiency and consideration. The patient's dignity was paramount and the family's needs and well-being were also respected, taken into full consideration and addressed where appropriate. The staff kept both patient and environment spotless and as comfortable as possible and were instantly available when needed. They were hospitable and actively supportive to family and friends. They cared as if they were personally involved. I cannot praise or thank them enough.
