My 8 year old daughter was an in patient on ward 20 14/11/2013 QE is not in the trust for where we live, we were referred from a walk in centre and I am so pleased we were. The staff were exceptional in there care especially the nurse who was so kind to my daughter. What has impressed me most has been how helpful staff have been to my post discharge phone calls. They have taken the time to discuss her on going health issues and have given a very fraught parent great reassurance. Having stayed on ward I am aware how busy it can be, but I never felt I was being a nuisance with my repeated calls. Thank you all so much.

We aim to provide as much support as we can to parents and carers as we know how distressing it can be when a child is poorly. We're pleased to hear that she's doing better now.
