Anything else?
I recently visited a relative's baby in the special care baby unit. They can only speak very highly of the care received, which is fantastic and certainly the most important thing. However, I would like to mention that it was a real disappointment to be barked at by a nurse for stroking the baby's head. I had asked the baby's mother if I could touch her and she had said it was fine. If the nurse had come over and spoken with me I would not have had an issue but to raise her voice at me was unprofessional, rude and inappropriate.
"Fabulous care to patients, not so much for..."
