"She was thorough and very understanding to my needs"

Visited Princess Royal to talk about the contraception pill and other methods of contraception. Was nervous as it has been a long time since I talked about contraception and used it. I waited only 5 minutes before I was seen. A lovely lady took me into a room and went through all the options open to me. She was thorough and very understanding to my needs. After our discussion, I decided on the implant. I told the lady that I had started a new relationship but not had intercourse because I needed to sort my contraception out first. I will be meeting him next weekend I told her and to my delight the nice lady managed to fit me in later the same day. I knew that I would be ok by then.

Later in the day I went back. All the staff were lovely and the same lady fitted my implant. She went through it step by step and to be honest because I was comfortable in her company it didn't really hurt. So a big thank you to you for sorting me out so soon and your kindness was really appreciated
