(as a parent/guardian),

My twelve year old son sustained a nasty football injury last Saturday. We visited the children's A&E Department and we were triaged, x-rayed and seen by a lovely doctor all within one and a half hours.

Subsequently the orthopaedic doctors came down from the ward to consult us and we were back at home with a plaster within 3 hours. We felt we were treated with concern and expert advice was ours very quickly.
