My husband, who has now died, was cared for by Ashfield Community Nurses. I would like to say a big thank you to everyone who helped care for my husband and keep him at home, where he so wanted to be, in his final dignified days of life.
Without the care & support of the team this would not have been possible and I can't thank them enough. My husband was very grateful for your kindness, compassion and the time you always took to listen to him.
You all do an amazing job.
