Since being referred by my GP to the Dermatology unit at Clatterbridge 15 years ago I would like to thank everyone there for their professional way they I have been treated, their friendliness, concern and warmth. Its been a bit of a roller coaster through the years with my odd disease and since day one to the present day I have appreciated all they have managed to do. this includes everyone, all the nursing staff, and of course my consultant! a lot of the staff have been there since day one and its great to see they don't want to move to another dept as they are so happy there and still find the work important and so fulfilling. many of them our now personal friends, and try as I might I cant get rid of them lol. a special thanks to the lady who really is in charge... the ward clerk who goes out of her way to look out for and help me.thanks also to Sister who's bark is worse than her bite! Seriously though, I don't know where id be or how I would of managed without you from the start, your humour an team. lets not also forget my other consultant who has the memory of a herd of elephants and a great sense of humour. he has been excellent on the occasions my consultant has been on leave and also on the big and serious ward rounds. many many thanks to everyone again. the derm team 'rock' !
