attending the hospital today the reception area was unmanned and remained so for the whole time I was there, the phone kept ringing and the messages that people were leaving were playing audibly as they were leaving them. the answerphone then repeated the number of the person who had just called. so not only were they identifiable and their issues but also you could hear contact numbers being repeated. the hospital itself is a nice small place, much better than the bigger ones in Bradford but it has sadly let itself down in what I believe is a massive issue ! this has been reported to the comments email address available on the website. hopefully someone will respond !
