Brought in by Ambulance crew Saturday night at 20;00. Very fast transfer from crew to bay, very fast initial assessment, knowledgeable staff, and treatment undertaken in a calm and professional environment. Very impressed. Steve L

Dear Mr Lewis - please accept my apologies for not responding to your post before now, the automated alert system is not working, which meant I was unaware your comments had been posted before now. I am pleased that you found your care in A&E and subsequent treatment stay to be so positive. It is nice to hear when the A&E service is appreciated when recently the press reports have focused on the long wait times across the NHS. I hope that you will be fully recovered very soon.
