What could be improved

i have tried to book an appointment by phone, and the internet,on the phone i was told york pc system was down, and i cant call back for 2 days. on the internet it told me i cannot make a booking at this time.i have a chronic stomach problem, and cannot afford to wait until york hospital gets their pc online again.what kind of system is this, where a patient cannot book into the clinic for treatment because of pc probs,i can see why waiting lists are very long at york, and in the mean time patients suffer.
