My son as been a patient at notts city & queens med for the past 17 yrs and in that time we have received 110% from all involved in his treatment. From consultants to cleaners of the ward. Nothing was ever too much trouble for anyone. There is alot more to appointments than doctors keeping to time, through our own experiences there as been times when we've been 5mins in & out , but also at certain times when my son was very ill 45mins later we've emerged feeling very reassured that all questions have been answered, and little things like parking and doctors running late are nothing compared to my son being in very caring and safe hands.... Many many thank you's to all of you hard working & caring people.
