About: New Cross Hospital / Neurology Royal Shrewsbury Hospital / Neurology Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

My GP's referral for me to see a neurologist was handled fairly quickly by TRAQS.

It was a pity that (as I discovered later) the shortage of neurologists at the Shrewsbury and Telford Hospitals NHS Trust meant that the only (distance wise) convenient appointment was at New Cross.

However, the care I received (and will receive) was brilliant.

We understand your frustration with not being able to be seen locally, however unfortunately, TRAQS has no control over waiting times for community clinics or hospitals.
