" Beware !!!! !disgracefull situation with parking at the royal glamorgan hospital"

This year my father who is 80 years old was very ill and was treated at the Royal Glamorgan hospital for over 3 weeks. Each day was a nightmare to park as I would take my disabled mother to visit. On several occasions we were unable to find any parking spaces and in desperation we would follow the many other drivers who had resorted to parking on yellow lines! Today several months later I received a letter from a debt recovery agency telling me I owe £114. 00 for an unpaid parking ticket I received so many months ago when my father was being treated. I rang to explain that I had never received a ticket or any correspondence prior to today. They assured me I had, I assured them I had not. All to no avail they just wanted my money, I asked for a number to speak to some one at the parking management company and this was refused. I spent several hours on the internet trying to get a point of contact for Parking Solutions 24 Ltd but to no avail.

Beware where you park at the Royal Glamorgan hospital it may be free to park but you could find yourself in my situation £114. 00 for less than an hour parking.
